Academy for Enrichment (TJ Prep & AOS/PSAT/SAT Prep)

Academy4Enrichment is pleased to announce the launch of NNAT course for Fairfax County 1st grade students. This program helps build students cognitive skills required for Gifted & Talented exams. Good scores on these exams are required to qualify for the AAP/GT Programs.

What is this NNAT Prep course about?

This NNAT Prep course is a wonderful opportunity for children in 1st grade to prepare for the NNAT exam in order to qualify for the Gifted & Talented programs. This NNAT prep course will increase the chances of achieving a high percentile ranking in NNAT test given in Fairfax County.

How does it benefit your child?

Enables your child to know the NNAT problems and strategies in Non Verbal categories
Students get familiar with NNAT testing practice.

How can we help your child?

Our NNAT Prep course is designed to introduce and enrich the skills needed to score high on the NNAT exam over different categories of Non-Verbal skills. During each session students will be given practice materials by topic. Students also take full-length practice NNAT exams on weeekdays in designated time slots and reviewed on weekend sessions before the NNAT exam in the school.

Our AOS/TJ Prep results

All 2012-13 batch Academy students were selected in Semifinalist Pool made it to either AOS/TJ admission. Over 90% of the 2013-2014 Academy class was selected for the semifinalist pool. Academy Students have earned the top PSAT score for the 4th consecutive year for AOS admissions.

TJ Selection Criteria

All semifinalists were evaluated for admission with the following criteria:

Essay (25%);
Student Info. Sheet (20%);
Teacher Rec. (Avg of two) (20%);
Math Test (20%);
7th and 8th grade Math and Science GPA (15%).
