SAT Prep Course

Academy4Enrichment is pleased to announce the launch SAT Prep course. This program helps prepare children to take the SAT test. This course is aligned to prepare students for most of the College Board SAT tests during the year.

What is this SAT Prep course about?

This SAT Prep course is a wonderful opportunity for students who are in Middle & High school to prepare for the SAT Math, Verbal, and Writing sections.

How does it benefit your child?

  • Enables your child to know the SAT test pattern, and strategies
  • Develops reasoning, problem solving and critical reading skills
  • Enriches Math concepts in Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry and Probability
  • Offers to work on interactive sessions in a small group sessions
  • Creates a stronger foundation for PSAT test takers

How can we help your child?

Our SAT Prep course is designed to introduce and enrich the skills needed to score highly on the SAT critical reading, writing & math section. During this session we cover over 50 math concepts in Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, and Probability and test taking strategies. During each session Student will be given 40 SAT words homework for home work. To simulate real SAT test experience students take one Math section and one Verbal/Writing Section of SAT tests as a timed quiz each week.

Course Highlights:

  • SAT Prep Course is aligned with SAT exams during the year.
  • Class size is limited to 10 students
  • Designed to match the needs students
  • Taught by the experienced teachers, and highly qualified instructors
  • Feedback on a regular basis

Cost & Schedules:

  • Two Hour Classes Each Week
  • Saturday�s between 1:30 - 3:30pm
  • Friday�s Writing session between 6:30 - 8:30pm
  • $175 per month

Our AOS/TJ Prep results
All 2012-13 batch Academy students were selected in Semifinalist Pool made it to either AOS/TJ admission. Over 90% of the 2013-2014 Academy class was selected for the semifinalist pool. Academy Students have earned the top PSAT score for the 4th consecutive year for AOS admissions.

TJ Selection Criteria
All semifinalists were evaluated for admission with the following criteria:
  1. Essay (25%);
  2. Student Info. Sheet (20%);
  3. Teacher Rec. (Avg of two) (20%);
  4. Math Test (20%);
  5. 7th and 8th grade Math and Science GPA (15%).
